DJI WARRANTY
WARRANTY FOR ALL DJI PRODUCTS IS AS PER THE MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATIONS.  

For your convenience, we have included the length of warranty for each DJI aircraft on its product page.

DJI’S CUSTOMER FIRST WARRANTY SERVICE IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING QUICK, EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT WARRANTY SERVICES.
Warranty Definition

Purchase Channels: DJI guarantees products purchased from DJI or DJI authorized dealers and their sub dealers only. Warranty services are not available for products purchased from other sources.
 
Service Areas: Due to differences in regional laws and regulations, warranty areas are divided into the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe, Australia, Middle East, Africa, Mainland China and Asia Pacific.
 
Product Lines: DJI flight control systems and accessories, airframes and accessories, gimbals accessories, data links and accessories and other DJI products benefit from varying warranty periods. For detailed information, please refer to the appendix.

Warranty Period: It will be valid from the date of product is received by customer.

Warranty Scope: The DJI product warranty does not cover operational errors, improper use, water damage, hardware maintenance or modification. DJI does not guarantee (whether expressed or implied) against personal property damage or personal injury as a result of operational errors, unsuitable uses or non-infringement implicit guarantee. DJI will charge for repair of any items not covered within the scope of its warranty. Repairprice will be provided before work is completed. Non-warranty repair work will only be completed once full payment is received.
 
Return Material Authorization (RMA)
Before sending products to a DJI official authorized dealer or DJI, a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) must be obtained by contacting dealers or support@dji.com. Returns without an RMA number may be rejected by DJI and immediately returned to the end user at their cost. Items must be shipped to an agreed DJI Office; freight prepaid by sender, together with a written description of the claimed defect and completed RMA form. Items must be returned with proper packing to protect them. Damage during transit is the sender’s responsibility and
may void a warranty claim.  
 
Warranty Limits
DJI warrants, within the following limits, that its products have no material defects or process flaws; and are compliant with the provisions of the DJI product technical specifications and international general technical specifications.

Maintenance Limits
Maintenance of defective products is limited to repair or replacement at DJI’s discretion. Replacement parts will be service exchange items.
If a defect is confirmed by DJI, usually within 10 days (No. of Working days may varied depends on the condition of damage and the local weather of the service site), DJI will replace or repair the unit within the limited warranty following the arrival of required parts. DJI warranty is applicable to repaired or replaced products. Warranty period is limited to the remaining time of the original product warranty, but not less than 90 days from the shipping date of the replaced or repaired products.

Damage Limits
The liability of DJI on any defective product will not, by principle, be higher than the original price of the product. If DJI cannot repair or replace a defective product, or your requirements are inconsistent with this principle, this restriction applies.

 NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARE GIVEN.DJI EXPRESSLY
DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION,
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESSFOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. SOME SPECIFIC CONDITIONS SUCH AS PRODUCT LOSS RESULTING
FROM ACCIDENT, DOWN-TIME, INSTALLATION COST, REMOVAL OFPRODUCT,
LOSS OF PROFIT, INSTALLATION COSTS, INSTALLATION OF REPLACEMENT
PRODUCTS, AS WELL AS ANY PRODUCT DEFECT (NOT INCLUDING OPERATION
ERROR), REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT IN INSPECTION, TESTING OR REDESIGN. THE
USER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPER USE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE
PRODUCT. THIS PRODUCT IS ONLY FOR PERSONAL USE.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS INVALID IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY:

• alleged defect:
1. Does not exist;
2. Results from misuse rendering the product unusable;
3. Results from improper use, installation, modification (such as tearing or removing the security seal), water damage, failure to conduct regular maintenance.
• Products were not purchased brand new.
• Proper instructions were not followed.
• Damage resulting from the use of the product in an abnormal manner.

Other Warranties
This Limited Warranty shall be null and void in the following circumstances
when a product is received.
 
Packaging
• Improper packing
• Unsuitable packing box
Modification
• Forged tag
• Altered tag
• Lack of standard label printing
• Bar code or head tag missing
• Product has prior repair done by others.

Physical Damage
• Joint pin fracture
• Joint damage, crack, missing or fracture
• Any sign of crash damage
• Any sign of user modification or attempted repair

Users holding products in the warranty period and needing warranty services, must first contact the official authorized dealer from where the product was bought or the official authorized dealer in their region.
